Description:
Aura Air Systems' insulated flexible ducts are designed for superior performance in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Lightweight and highly flexible, these ducts are ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Manufactured with a 2-ply airtight inner core reinforced with steel spring wire, the ducts are wrapped in 25mm thick fiberglass insulation and protected by a durable metalized polyester film. These features ensure excellent thermal efficiency and noise reduction. Flexible ducts are perfect for connecting supply air outlets to rigid ductwork, providing an economical solution for challenging installations where traditional metal ducts are impractical.

Suitable for air-conditioning and ventilation systems in hospitals, hotels, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Ideal for bypassing obstacles where prefabricated metal ducts would be costly or difficult to install. Provides a quick and economical solution for correcting misalignment between system components.
Material of construction:
Inner Core: 2-ply airtight construction made of metalized polyester film, supported by steel spring wire.
Insulation: 25mm thick fiberglass for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance.
Outer Sleeve: Tough metalized polyester film with fiberglass yarn reinforcement for durability and protection.
Specifications:
Standard Length: 7.62 meters per piece. Available in insulated and non-insulated configurations. Custom material configurations available upon request.
Finish:
Durable metalized polyester outer finish ensures resistance to wear and tear, suitable for demanding HVAC environments.
